Quorple — Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Quorple collects no personal data from any user. We do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, age, location, or any other identifying information. The app contains no analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers, third-party SDKs, or cross-app tracking, and makes no network connections to Zentore Technologies LLC or any third party.
2. On-device storage and iCloud sync
Your game progress (best streaks, stars, level completions, daily challenge attempts, reaction-time records) and your in-app preferences (audio, haptics, command-word display) are stored in Apple’s on-device UserDefaults system.
If you are signed into iCloud on this device, your game progress is also synced through Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Storage so that it survives reinstall and follows you to any other Apple device signed into the same Apple Account. This sync is handled entirely by Apple and is governed by Apple’s privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. Zentore Technologies LLC has no access to this data and operates no servers that receive it.
3. Apple Game Center
If you have signed into Game Center, scores you submit to Quorple leaderboards (per-mode best score, lifetime stars, fastest reaction time) and achievement progress are shared with Apple’s Game Center service under Apple’s privacy policy. Quorple submits only numeric scores and achievement values; it does not receive, store, or have access to Game Center identifying information beyond what Apple’s framework hands back during the sign-in flow. You can play every mode of Quorple without signing into Game Center if you prefer.
4. Motion sensors
Quorple uses your device’s motion sensors (gyroscope and accelerometer) to detect tilt and twist gestures during gameplay. iOS will ask your permission the first time the app accesses motion data. Motion data is processed on the device in real time and is never recorded, stored after a frame is consumed, or transmitted off the device.
5. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed entirely through Apple’s StoreKit. We receive only a purchase receipt token used to validate entitlement on this device; no payment details, card numbers, or billing information ever reach Zentore Technologies LLC. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy.
6. Analytics and tracking
Quorple contains no analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers (including IDFA), third-party SDKs, or cross-app tracking. The App Tracking Transparency prompt is not shown because nothing tracks you across apps or websites. Your gameplay is private to your device(s) and your Apple Account.
7. Children
Quorple is appropriate for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from users of any age, including children under 13. The app stores nothing about who is playing it. The Apple Game Center and iCloud features described above are subject to Apple’s account-level age restrictions and Family Sharing controls.
8. Changes
Updates to this policy ship with new app versions through the App Store. The current version is always viewable in-app under Settings → Legal. A hosted copy is available at quorple.com/privacy.
